IRONWOOD, as I call her, features 16 species of domestic and exotic hardwoods (one of which I can’t even identify but couldn’t resist the grain) and is covered with 40 coats of clear urethane finish. Go ahead termites; just try and take a bite.

I built her simply to promote my Heirloom Wooden Toys, but like many of my creations she quickly took on a life of her own.
